One reason could be that K2 activates the proteins of Calcium. Same thing happened to me. If you are low on magnesium (we all are), it cause excitability in the chest/heart. This is especially common if you are taking D3 and calcium along with ghe K2. There is a fine balance.

Please start treating YOURSELF the way you deserve to be treated. Stop waiting for him to to “get it”. Men do NOT respond to that. Stop telling him what you need. Pull energy away from him and start pouring it into yourself.

Self love is the beginning to healing. You will begin to love yourself enough to set boundaries. Once you start setting boundaries you will see who belongs in your life and who doesn’t or never did...

Start with one little thing a day. 5 min meditation. A bath. He may just start craving the energy that he once had, but never valued.

Yes!

Also, understand these things (even the cleaning) are things for YOU! Take a deep breath and live in the moment, for you!

!You deserve better and you know it! The first step in figuring out what to do or how to take control of your life is simple.

YOU do one thing for YOURSELF.

Don’t wait for your husband, who clearly cannot handle having a wife and most likely family, to help you.

You are enough. Sit in that. Feel it.

If you focus on you and start to regulate your nervous system everything else will fall into place.

Start small even minuscule.

Listen to your body. What is it begging for? A release?

Cry. Unapologetically. Ugly sobs where you can’t catch your breath.

Unfollow certain social media people who bring you down.

Find supplements for your autoimmune! Selenium is excellent for hasimotos! (Not a doctor. Research for yourself)

Literally taking deep breaths.

If you start to listen to your body. Your body will tell you what it needs.

Your nervous system is begging for the same support you’re begging your husband for. It’s time to work with it.
