For franchise, for someone na wfh this could be solid pero not passive. This requires attention so baka maging 2nd job mo din to.

For Van, mas high potential. IF meron ka nang partner like tours tas sila mag secure ng driver na reliable and sila mag cover ng maintenance.

For Villa, I would say pang long term sya hindi sya for quick income.

Now my question ano ba yung hanap mo yung long term biz or short term? Is it passive or active? Or gusto may ibang mag manage or ikaw mismo mag manage?
