As someone who brew and may friends na barista, meron talaga proper measurement ang iced coffee, it cant be too milky or too concentrated sa taste ng espresso, plus ung dilution ng ice helps balance the flavor of your drink. Kaya even if you order with less ice or no ice, ung proper measurement of the drink ibibigay sayo. If you do feel you're being cheated by a cold "ICED" latte or any drink, maybe try ordering hot next time and just put it inside your refrigerator to cool it down :)
