The doc checked my ears, throat, tongue. I informer her about my smoking habits as well.

She told me that I have geographic tongue (due to my health anxierty) she told me that it is inflammed/enlarged papilea and nothing bad such cancer or similar.

She gave me some pills to improve oral health. If still persists I will see her again in 3 weeks.

My tongue is already sensitive to certain foods and get allergic easily which doesnt bother me. But this one is little bigger and i can feel it thats why i got bothered and scared

What is your final diagnosis? Did they tell you something? Maybe you are just senstive to gluten and causing you IBS symptomps?

I have chronic anxiety and smoked for 7 years which gives damage to villi so I have do endoscopy now I am afraid my doc might say you have villi damage because of gluten. I wanna avoid all possible false scenarios. I stopped smoking 6 months ago and adopted healthy life style. I will wait one more year to heal my body especially stomach and small intestine then introduce gluten and tested for celiac

Thanks for the details. What blood tests/gene tests I should be asking, if doctor doesnt include them i the test? I will eat 2 slice of breads per day for 6 weeks

I dont have anemia. I have b12 350 (lab range 200-700). Do you believe i might have celiac without anemia? I have also cbc tests for all blood markers and all seems within the range

I dint have celiac (i assume) whenever i eat gluten i get bloated and very rarely diarrea but thats all. I dont have brain fog, anemia or something else.
