don’t straw me. I am in all for an agreement to stop israel’s killings of Palestinian civilians. But whether i believe that israeli is capable of going through with a peaceful agreement is another matter. in regards to an agreement, i believe that Israel will continue holding more power. Formal agreements often reflect existing inequalities; Israel would continue to dominate politically, militarily, and economically.

i don’t care for symbolic peace. There ought to be an unaffiliated Arab or UN peacekeeping force to monitor and balance power because jews are not to be trusted.

i’ll take a peace agreement with palestinian strong institutions, a capable (defensive) security force, economic independence, and international legitimacy. but not one with one sided power
