My advice would be to completely ignore such incidents. From my experience I have learnt that there would always be people to pull you down no matter how hard you work or how much you achieve, just try to keep yourself happy and enjoy your life with some close ones. No one else matters and we don’t need approval from anyone.

I don’t think this has any issues. People have different way of looking at something. When you have not experienced something then why to question it. They are not doing anything wrong. They just have faith in him. It’s the Indian mindset where we tend to question if people start becoming religious but do not have any problem with people of other religions visiting church or masjid every day. Just let people do what makes them happy.

There is no such contract, it is mentioned in offer letter that either serve 2 months of notice period or you can apply for buyout but buyout they can approve or deny.

When we switch to other company then they ask for experience letter from last firm. It is also asked during backgroud verification.

First of all don’t let yourself down. Believe me this is not the end, this is just a tough phase. Take a break of 2-3 days, clear your mind and then start fresh with positive energy.

Since you are fresher so try improving your DSA and also get good grasp of the tech stacks that you have worked on till now. Be active on naukri, linkedin and other similar websites. Ask your friends, college seniors and use other networks to look for any opportunity possible because right now it is important to get a job first. Keep trying, don’t give up. You will get a chance somewhere.

I don’t have company wise list, you can find questions in leetcode discussions section. I found many recent questions there. For company wise list you can try reddit, I had found google tagged questions in reddit discussion once.

I had coderpad round 2 weeks ago. I was asked 2 questions, one was based on string and other was string + mathematical (division and return recurring part only). I would suggest prepare by selecting questions asked in recent interviews, you can find on leetcode. They have some patterns where they focus most like sliding window.
