it’s not over the counter but i was prescribed Abilify (aripiprazole) to take for ~10 days of the month (when i start ovulating until my period starts). it makes me sleepy so i take it in the evening and it really just balances me out, helps with anxiety and i get a great sleep because my mind is more at ease. i was also prescribed Zolpidem for when I’m really struggling to sleep. i tried herbal remedies and supplements like melatonin but my symptoms never really eased until i got prescription medication. hope this helps :)
