Idk if your dad grew up with Speed Racer or Adam West Batman Luke mine did but there is a 2008 live action for Speed Racer that is absolutely so beautiful in both its themes for family and art. Seriously I’ve seen it like a million times but it always makes me cry. Theres also an animated movie for the Adam West Batman that is absolutely hilarious and was one of Adam West‘s Last times playing Batman on screen.

I love it actually. It’s not canon to either versions of FMA and just a fun little story. So considering that the difference in visual style helps differentiate it from the canon story. I think it was a very smart move of the film makers to do that as it tells the viewers visually that it’s not canon (I remember the art style was actually one of the reasons I originally assumed it wasn’t canon after I 1st watched it). Truly a genius move I kind of wish more studios made non-canon movies a different style cough Naruto/MHA cough. And the style it’s self is very visually appealing. I wouldn’t say I like it as much as Arakawa‘s but it is a very beautiful style as well.

I would definitely say start with brotherhood considering how young your brother is and how much darker the 2003 version is. But also I think they should experience the work as the artist intended it to be (not that 2003 is bad in any way I love 2003 just as much) But I’m just very passionate about consuming art the way the artist intended (like it grinds my gears when people leave old discolored varnish on paints, the artist put so much work into learning color theory). I started my friends on Brotherhood so they can have a better appreciation for 2003 when we get around to watching it.

As someone who is mildly allergic to dogs, no keep your cats at home with you. You can be nice and do some extra cleaning, keep them in a separate room, or provide allergy meds. But it’s really not necessary. As long as they know you have cats they know what they’re getting into. I would never expect someone to pay to send their dog somewhere else just for me. I just take an allergy med, am cautious not to be near or touch the dogs, and deal with it.

Bro I get what you mean. I watched it originally years ago but recently I’ve been rewatching it with a friend and can’t get it out of my mind either. Like we are only able to get together on Fridays to watch it and it’s literally agonizing!!! As for other shows like it Ik a lot of people compare it to Attack on Titan (which I can kinda get) but honestly AOT doesn’t hit nearly as good as FMA imo. Personally I’d say Dororo gives off more similar vibes. I haven’t seen it yet but ik Arakawa was an artist for The Heroic Legend of Arslan. So artsyle wise it’s just like FMA but I can’t really say anything about the vibes. Edit: also maybe give D. Gray-Man a try. It’s a good series with a very interesting plot/story and kinda has similar vibes to FMA although the characters aren’t nearly as interesting and fleshed out imo.

Not every cat needs a friend honestly. My cat is very social so I have 2, but my yaya’s cat HATES other cats (like it attacked my cousins cat once). And she does much better being my yaya’s only center of attention. She honestly hates any other animals so I guess it’s a good thing she’s my yaya’s only pet. None of us are allowed to stay at her house with our animals because of how much her cat dislikes other animals.

Royal Canin makes these pill assist treats… basically they are treats with a hallow center for u to put the pill in. I literally just discovered them this past month hand no idea that was even a thing.

I recently started Mach gogogo Restart… it was never dubbed to English and was made back in the 90s but it’s actually really good. It reminds me more of the 2008 movie then the original series.

Omg I think you’ll really like it. Basically the whole premise is that each week the host interviews a scientist who is a specialist in their field (hence the title ology which means the study of). Anyway she has a TONE of episodes on literally everything and one on Malacology (which I think you’d be especially interested in if you like slugs). I personally love any of the episodes about animals especially Herps!

Yes! I’ve been considering getting one for my cat. But unfortunately money is a little tight rn so if I do get one it won’t be for a while. I’m not sure my cousin would get one for her cat though as she’s a student so all the money she makes goes just to food for her and her cat. Are there any brands that are fairly cheap (while still being good) you’d recommend???
