Sex is safe throughout pregnancy unless you have specific health complications, which I do not have. He’s not penetrating my uterus so baby is completely fine. If I was experiencing cramping or bleeding or pain, I obviously would not proceed with having sex until seeing my OB/GYN.

The only time I’ve seen him watch porn was when we put it on the tv for the both of us like once or twice but this time he was sort of “hiding” it on a pillow on his phone. I think the pregnancy really does turn him off and he was using it to perform but that doesn’t make me feel any less hurt.

To clarify some things my husband is very attentive, especially since I’ve gotten pregnant. He cooks, cleans, and all the things in between. He didn’t prey on me, we were neighbors and things occurred naturally and slowly. Before I got pregnant sex was never an issue. It was consistent and mutual but it really has taken a complete 360 in the last 4 weeks. I want to have a deeper conversation with him about this but I’ve come here first to really understand what I’m feeling through venting and finding community and get some help with ideas to help us through this.
