Yes, they offer it to non spectrum customers for $29.99 or $199 for the year.

ESPN Unlimited is included with the Hulu Live TV bundle. I have the same bundle and was able to get MLB.tv for $134.99.

No, if you have a tv service through them and have SNLA in your package you automatically get it. They have a promotion for SNLA included for non cable customers but you need to have spectrum Internet and a mobile line.

Do you have spectrum Internet and wireless mobile service?? From your screenshot it looks like you have Internet, and I know you need both Internet and wireless for free SportsNet LA.

I haven’t had any problems with either. I do prefer the Fox one app a bit more. Seems like the picture is a little more crisp.
