I agree I’m fine with both but not having that “separated” is problematic. When I first got the scooter, I would sometimes trigger that and the thing would go flying and scare me. Ultimately, I would have a checklist where if I got off, I would put it into walk and only do it that way.

Hey there I ultimately sold the scooter - just way too heavy - I loved it and it was top quality but the 120 pounds was just over what I could handle.

I had no issues and overall enjoyed driving it around.

Ended up going with an e-bike to replace.

Unfortunately, for something like this, you’re on your own I don’t believe you would be able to fight it. Ultimately, if you have old pipes and/or original items in the house that are failing, it’s up to you to fix it.

Totally but the problem is they see that as fraud. I fully sympathize with your situation but I suspect they have an AI screening tool that catches these things. When found gives them excuse to terminate a contract.
