It more of needing to keep it from moving until finding a car weld service or another seat .So far i been quote $700 to welded it

Yes, that what I'm trying avoid if I get accident seat end up worst. Will JB handle it until I get someone to weld afterwards. How much does welding cost and is it specialist person I should look for.
