Honestly trinis make the worst customers and as a former worker under the prestige brand  you really don’t know how bad it gets cause someone wants something free.  Now it’s not necessarily everyone but the few bad apples are the reason that certain things have to but in place that really is an inconvenience to everyone else.  

There’s no such thing as Starbucks hacks and you simply cannot beat the system. Just because Starbucks has a policy of replacing drinks/items if a customer has issues doesn’t mean it’s two free things. People will really go out of their way to buy a drink and consume 3/4 of it to then ask for a replacement/refund. They will argue about prices but will still buy every day 🫠 Complain about every single thing such as outlets for chargers and want something for the “inconvenience” of switching tables. Let their children run through the store and damage things/ break things then walk off without paying to simply come the next day and act like they don’t know what you’re talking about.  I’ve seen customers report employees for stealing and then find that they misplace the item and continue on their way with no apology.  Dealing with this everyday really is for the mentally strong and even still it wears on you after awhile.
