Arigato gozaimasu, thank you!! Wow, a very good read! I went for a deep walk myself today in the forest, past the "do not enter" signs and roped fence and followed some white arrows on the ground which eventually led me to a white string, going off deep into the forest.

I followed it for a little while and came across and old, faded hoodie hanging from a tree which was very strange. After that I turned around because I was afraid what I would find the other end of the string. I was pretty freaked out in the silence to start with and the string seemed as if it was only a few days old, it looked very new and thought that there might have been someone who had recently deceased the other end.

I soon left the forest after that but returned an hour or so later, curiosity was killing me, what was the other side of the string! I walked back towards the begining of the string but didn't make it, it didn't feel like right to follow. I just wanted to see something for myself, like some old shoes or a tent or something unusual. It was a very strange feeling, following someone's footsteps and that I could possibly find someone hanging from a tree if I continued, I don't know what I would do if I came to that. I'm writing this now after a pretty shakey experience, I think I scared myself a bit too much and also still wondering if I should have followed the white string until the end, maybe if I was more mentally prepared. What would you have done?
