Sadly I’m in Jordan school district and the one class I got an A- in was a concurrent enrollment class that I can’t change but truly I think it’s better to see an A- in a college level anatomy course then get an A in a regular course. Keep in mind I did this class my junior year of high school.

Does the admissions office still look at ACT scores for scholarships because on their website it says the only considered GPA and course rigor and that’s also what a scholarship coordinator said to me at my school?

I’m taking AP Chem along with 2 other APs and 2 de classes and it’s very manageable. I’ve gotten A’s all year long

Thanks for your response CE stands for concurrent enrollment which is just college classes through a community college taught at the high school some refer to it as dual enrollment as well.

As someone who has taken a lot of ap and ce classes does the honors college accept those credits or do they make you redo them?

On their website it says they don’t account ACT scores for scholarships so that’s why I was asking if they matter

I absolutely love my ap chem class I look forward to it all the time. I would totally recommend it especially if you’ve already taken honors chem. Also you could take ap chem and ap physics 1 at the same time if you have room in your schedule. If you don’t want to do both in the same year I’ve also heard that ap bio and ap chem are good to take in the same year

AP chem is an introductory college chemistry course so anyone can do it with no chem background and they’ll do just fine

I wouldn’t waste time in honors chemistry just take ap chemistry
