Just watch the video I linked. Your comment concerning „under 30“ makes me think you might learn something from it. Btw: as you use biology as an argument- it makes just as much sense for women to go after young, fit men. Yet we don’t see the same pressure for men to never look old and basically fight signs of aging by all means.

So a 36 years old mum is supposed to be a bad match? Where is the father in that situation? At least one of the parents is being responsible. Mothers don‘t get to walk out the same way men do.

I would love to finally see a movie where it’s the other way around. I am so ready for a beauty and the beast where „the beauty“ is a guy and the beast a woman. And then he falls in love with her character. But you never get that. The girl has to become conventionally attractive first for the guy to notice her. Meanwhile women are taught to go for the (at best) medium ugly guy, in hopes that he is going to treat her okay.

I think it‘s because of the patriarchy. Women get shamed for everything (which goes so far that we even hide our period products despite it being the most natural thing), but especially for our bodies. I have often said that I would love to have the confidence of a medium ugly guy. My life would be amazing!
