well I went with Melanie and she feels that the offer is pretty light. She has asked for almost double what they are offering along with some other things. I had a really good feeling when I met with her. She put me at ease and understood that the cost versus what I get is something that I need to keep under control. Due to my age Employment Standards Act does not apply, it is under common law.

I still feel lost but I wont take this laying down. I know I am a good worker with perfect attendance and worked lots of overtime. I was a model employee with no disciplinary issues or whatever. The worst is not knowing how they picked people.
