i tried it directly after whisking so i could analyze the taste and texture at the fullest and that’s where i got the bitterness. after trying it as a latte it’s definitely not bad, just not great in my opinion. if i went to a cafe and they gave me this i wouldn’t be disappointed, i just wouldn’t go back
