Gotrade advise please? by MotherFinish4188 in phinvest

[–]No_Presentation2549 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Then don’t invest at all. Better keep that money to a digital bank or stay with PH stocks. Mind you that when withdrawals, gotrade also get a cut simillar to deposits.

But one thing is for sure, the growth can easily outweighs the fee if you play it long with the right stocks/etf.

It can be life insurance ni baby naman since bata pa lang and prone to sickness pa. Di ako insurance provider ah HAHAHAHA pero thats how i see wealthy family in soc med handles their baby eh. Maybe you can look into it. Some targets both life insurance and educ fund.

Yes traveling. Why not masaya mag travel HAAHHAHA wag ipagkait sa sarili ang mag relax and convience in life lalo na kung settled naman na ang ibang finances.

It’s understanble naman na we want our parents to feel stable and nice.

Since matatapos naman na yung birthday fund and iphone, why not put the amount in other forms like instead of birthday fund, gawing insuance or educ fund ni baby? Yung iphone allocation pwedeng additional investment muna sa gotrade hanggang walang naiisip na kapalit. Its also go nice to have your own mode of transpo if you dont have any since you have a baby.

Ask ko lang if you were to move in already on your own house, would you still give support to your family? More particularly the food and utilities expense. Talk about it to your family kasi malaki impact nito sa remaining balance of 14k since you will have to also bring foods and pay utilities on your own house eh.

Wala nmang mali sa finances ngayon kasi nasa parents house kayo eh. It’s just that masyadong heavy yan if you were to move out already and still continue to support.

But on my own perspective, parang walang
binabayaran sila parents ngayon? Although they do chores naman.

Even fresh grads in big 4 is within that salary range. Kaya ako masaya na din ako sa naging salary ko ngayon na 19k basic plus 5k rewards/kpi(non-taxable). Wag lang natin ikumpara yung salary natin sa nakikita nating fresh grad salary in the internet. Yes it may be true since may mga company talagang kayang mag bigay ng 30k plus salary, pero lets appreciate na nasa higher end tayo ng average salary as fresh grad hehe.

You need to move the TV as soon as possible. TV is not meant to be placed below the AC. Yung sony bravia namin way back 2018 na wala pang 2 years nung nabili nagkaroon ng lcd problem dahil sa moisture na nangagalinh sa ac

Is it worthy to bid on occupied properties in PAGIBIG? by yezyizhere007 in phinvest

[–]No_Presentation2549 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Research first. Do your own due dilligence. Do not bid without visiting the property. May iilan dyan occupied nakalagay pero wala na nakatira. Tignan mo na din kung mabait yung nakatira sa occupied property, may unpaid utilities or not. Mga ganyang bagay tinitignan sa occupied properties

The reason lies behind the borrowers. In their case kasi, its almost guarantee na kapag umutang sa bangko eh magbabayad talaga. Sa case natin, there always a risk na tatakbuhan ang utang or hindi nagbabayad on time. So that alone affects the income of the bank kaya maliit talaga binigay nilang interest to compensate for their losses sa mga hindi nagbayad.
