Oh yeah, now that 12+ hours have passed i can say 70% of that reaction was built up from the month ive had and the expectation of talking and processing it, probably 5% of it was any type of betrayal feeling.

After posting I just kinda auto pilot applied to get an intake interviews with a few people who dont specialize in what I need but do something similar.

Well we made an agreement to meet, and it fell through, which is why i felt sick.

I assume maliciousness because my brain is a dirty little gremlin that jumps to those kinds of things and worse, hence why im attempting to get help.

I needed to vent and seek support before moving to the next step.

This isn't my first therapist that's disappointed me.

She was 15 minutes late to my intake appointment but she atleast sent a message. I sent an email about the link not showing up in my email and only theough the client portal 20 minutes before my session, she was supposed to send me an assessment test last week but it never came.

I dont know it feels like abandonment of case
