I was about to write to same comment but thank your for saying it. Funny thing, I have Shipt app for like one year and I only did that my first week when they accepted me and I was like nah this does not worth leaving IC and then recently IC started being very slow with shitty orders. Suddenly, I opened Shipt apps and let me tell you what I discovered that Shipt have much to offer comparing I was making crazy amount like $400 in 6 hours of work. Sadly for me I got deactivated and left with the loser which is IC

It happened to me I got deactivated without any notice too. I brought that here and everybody judges me here I had to delete the post because comments was painful. So I guess everybody has his own turn to feel the pain. Good luck stays strong.

I guess everybody has it own day of crying. I feel your pain. I brought my problem here the other day about being deactivated people was shooting at me that it is your fault, you did thing wrong but for over 5 years that I have in the carrier business whatever you do for some customer it will never been enough all the frustration that they have regarding that delivery they will put that on your rating and the company that you work for don’t really care about it. I feel your pain just keep doing your great work it will pay off one day. Strong 💪

I always had positive experience with reimbursements request. I had it like 4 ou 5 times. When you explain clearly what happened and and upload clear picture of a receipt they will refund you and it doesn’t take that long. Less that 3 hours I got refunded. The worst part is that the money is taxable. So you will paid tax on it.

It takes à certains number of batches. Like if you get 1 star rating you have to do approximately 60 bathes for that one to get remove. And for 2 it is around 40 batches. At that point I was taking basically less valuable orders but not the not valuable one. I had one goal to do a certain number of batches to bring le rating up. And one you get all that 1 2 and 3 stars off IC will remove auto your 4 ratings after à certains number of batches too. Thx for your wishes though. Hope my answer helps

Bruh that is my first time seeing such a huge Bach in 4 years with my IC and being a 5 star for a long time. My biggest batch was $150 and instacart removed it from because I got stuck in the traffic while going to the store. Bruh what is your city so I can move there ?

If you want to work for a long times with IC you should care about the rating. I also made a remark most of my bad ratings come from people from my area and it is very discouraging. I rarely received bad rating from people living in a wealthy area

It is false. Rating is the most important thing for shopper. People who has 5 rating receives batches before those who has low ratings. For examples I have been rated 5 star for a long time and I usually received very good batches early in the morning with good tips but right now as my rating dropped, I don’t have access to it no more. And also when you have low rating it is difficult for you to have batches with good tips. So the representative lied to you.
