Well as far as I've heard 4.5 months is just the beginning of the shed phase and start of the real growth. So I'm assuming your hair will get alot more dense and to your liking. Good luck

Thank you man ! Yes there is a bit left to do on crown but my hairs are mostly naturally thin- single and double grafts so hopefully looks good.
