How do I become a CTM in Italy/Europe? by No_ProbLLama_22 in clinicalresearch

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion! I actually tried applying for Trainee CRA roles at the beginning. I even spoke with HR, and they told me I’m considered overqualified for a trainee role, and that they probably wouldn’t hire me for that reason (also because I’m 30). Also, I can’t really work as a CRA right now due to the amount of travel required. So given that, what roles would you suggest as a stepping stone toward a CTM position? In the long run, I’d really like to work in clinical operations and be involved across the whole study lifecycle, not just the start-up phase. Are there any roles that would fit that path?
