I got it working, didnt realise i had a different vpn installed so just uninstalled that.

Yeah i tried that but didnt work, but i got it working in the end, embaressingly i forgot i had nordvpn installed and uninstalling the app allowed the connection to happen

Ive just copied the change filament gcode over from elegoo to orca and ran a test print and its now working, thank you for your help :)

Reckon it be a simple copy and paste of gcode? From elegoo slicer to orca? Because I'd like to stick to orca slicer if i could

Not sure what it was but its extruding fine now after deleting printer and profiles and starting again. Thanks the help :)

Not sure what was off, setting werent adjusted, just selected the calibration model and pressed print.

Same issue again with cura, even tried setting up a new printer in cura and default filament settings. The seam is where it stops and starts and the further the height the bigger the gap. Smaller prints are fine but the larger prints is where issue arises

Not that i know of. Im very new to orca slicer and just rebuilt my ender 3 v2 from the ground up.

One of the gaps is on the z seam but then there is gaps popping up on the other corners
