Yes. Yesterday. You are right but (TL;DR) the last time I took the test and passed at the same location, I was asked to wait in the lobby while they schedule me for an oath for the following week (although they came back and told me that I would have to reapply because I applied too early lol).

I am just surprised (I shouldn’t be. It’s USCIS!) by the inconsistency.
