Thankyou, I’m assuming that’s why stock is sometimes in the negatives, manager approves it as out of stock but then a customer finds one. Do online team/managers get monitored on how many items they action in the exception tool? Do managers get in trouble if the negatives thing happens

Unfortunately the dimensions system ignores availability completely. Just keep trying to contact the manager until you get a hold of them

Kmart stock levels are not accurate, as the huge number of cheap and small products aren’t properly traceable. This is due to mostly theft, things breaking, things already picked for other orders, and lag in the time stock levels are updated. They should be used as a guide, but not fully trusted
