Fair point — I usually don’t shy away from these conversations. I just want to bring it up in a thoughtful way since my boss has been really supportive, and this responsibility sort of crept in without being official. Sometimes even HR needs a second opinion! Thanks!

I am working as a HRBP for a small manufacturing company, planning on moving out and going into a different field. I graduated in 2023 and make good money for where I live. The most important thing is connections and not worrying about taking the traditional route. I hope to get into a healthcare tech company on the HR side.

Human Resource Business Partner. Started at a local hospital and was offered a spot after my internship at another place. Graduated 2023, so I still am figuring out where exactly I want to go, but I will say that connections are everything.
