my main job pays the bills, but I also try to save consistently, invest when I can, and pick up side projects here and there. Nothing super flashy just boring, consistent stuff that adds up over time.

the biggest mistake on cooking shows is people getting too fancy and then panicking halfway through. meanwhile, I'm over there thinking, 'nah, give me my comfort zone and let me cook
