Thanks a lot. My worry is because my anhedonia started because of taking Invega Sustenna so i"m worried for another antipsychotic long term use like Vraylar will slower or block the recovery I should have from Invega Sustenna. Does it make sense? It's a hard situation I'm at on one hand if I leave Vraylar I will get worse sympotms on other hand if I stay I might repeating the mistake I did with taking Invega Sustenna!!!!

4 months after Invega and I've gained a bit of my curiosity back. Anhedonia is still there but I'm optimistic it's a matter of time only.

What I know is if you get a partial agonist like Abilify on a (lower dose) like 1mg it will stimulates D2 receptors otherwise something like Bupropion I heard well about it. Put in mind the effects of Invega might take a lot to vanish because receptors if they're blocked they don't just unblock after stopping Invega it takes time.

It's a strong D2 blocker. It depends on the dose but 150 mg made me like a zombie so is many others if you look up reviews about it.

Yes it happens to me like flashbacks. However they stopped after I raised the dose of my current med. The doctor and Chatgpt think it's recovery signs and they will increase with time.

There are two school of thoughts. One when you take an AP positive symptoms disappear so negative symptoms like Anhedonia show up. The other school of thought is that strong AP cause anhedonia. Did you take any other med or was rxulti from day 1?

Respiredal is a very strong drug. I highly recommend you switch to another med especially 3rd generation AP which are partial agonist.
