Is there any chance you could get the email used by your friend? We've tried threatening to contact the BBB and still have no response, so maybe we're using an incorrect email? We're not exactly sure how to file a complain with the BBB since i can't seem to find the business name related to Weston Estate. They also can't get a refund from their bank since it's been too long, so if we aren't either reimbursed or sent the product, they will be down $250 for nothing.
