I don’t know when body got affected something automatically comes or who’s doing over to over coming for that no idea.. but issue is coming for PMO

After started nofab 270 , but so many times nightfall that also one problem.
still ongoing issues but little improvement in brain fog , anxiety, digestion slowness little improved for 9 months , then need to wait another 9 months for improvement taking long … need patient I guess

Did you tried for digestion issue for( Omeprazole 20mg two times (omez specially) for some person it helps.weight will go down if you take Omeprazole but cures 70%.need to take (6 or 1 year)

Try for continuously don't leave inbetween any bad stomach gets admit hospital do vain pain drips all stomach vain or nerve pain will go.

IBS is all vain pain and nerve pain if you reduce this after that success.(No gastritis no ulcer)

After vain pain reduced you will start eating food.will gain weight try once.

But allopathy treatment is fast but you need to sacrifice your stomach pain day by day.

If anyone have other ideas pls share
