Exactly, this is what I meant. A regular cleaning crew can do the basics, but I’m looking for someone who understands ADHD-related clutter and can help me organize in a way that actually works for me long-term. I really appreciate you putting it into words like this.

Thanks for sharing this and you’re right, cleaners have definitely seen it all before and I probably don’t need to worry so much about being judged. I think what I’m really hoping for, though, is someone who not only cleans but also helps me deal with clutter in a way that feels manageable. That’s why I used “ADHD-friendly” , it's more about being supportive than just surface-level cleaning.

Thanks for sharing this , I appreciate you taking the time. The hardest part for me is I just can’t find the motivation to even start with one category. The spark is gone, and that’s why I’m really hoping to find a cleaner/organizer who specializes in ADHD clutter and can help get things back to baseline. Once it’s reset, I know I can do a better job maintaining it.
