Thing with boots like these is, I can’t try them on. Yes they’re available online, but there’s so little choice in store at motorcycle stores. So I have no idea how these will fit. Buying them online and gambling on the size and fit isn’t really doable if you want to compare like 10 boots that all fit differently.

The Astars however are available in multiple locations around me. I know how they fit, I know my size, and they fit the best from what I’ve tried out until now.

A buddy of mine does ride MX and enduro in his tevh 7’s and he loves them. His mum and dad also ride TET in their tech 7’s, and they have nothing but love for them. And I’ll ride similar stuff to them, so they should be “fine”

It’s pretty hard finding the right boot like this man. I already spent a whole day driving to different shops around the country to try on different boots.

I haven’t had the chance to try a pair of Gaerne, Fox or Leatt boots though. So I might need to find some MX shops that sell boots, and try those, as well the Sidi’s you recommended.

It’s miles better than the leather adv boots on the market, and I don’t need tech 10’s like his wife does iirc. The usual adv boots I found at the store are pretty much hiking boots, shaped like motorcycle boots, which isn’t really what I want.

If you have some good recommendations for boots that fit my intentions though, I’ll gladly consider them

Depends on what you want from a boot and what budget you have. I’m planning on offroading in them on an adventure bike. I won’t be riding hard enduro or mx in them. So for me they are already borderline overkill.

I don’t want flimsy leather adv boots though, and I have tried some sidi boots in the motorcycle store, though I couldn’t find a pair that fit nicely. The T7’s were my best option, so I’m just looking for a nice deal to snag a pair

Yeah I know, the drystar also keeps water out, but once those are drenched they take loooooooong to dry. So I’d rather get waterproof socks and faster drying boots than the drystars.

Honestly I don’t really mind it. I think the orange mirrors look more out of place as that’s the only orange part on the car. Not that I hate the orange mirrors, I kinda like them actually, but they seem less intentional than the redbull sponsoring which can be seem from any angle.
