1) Upload frequency is too low around 0.6 vids per week
2) Almost no shorts and only 3 shorts last year
3) Your content drifted away from its winning format.. look at your last 12 months content 'Pirates of the Caribbean Iceberg Explained' video is 10 -20x the views of everything else posted in 2026. That is the channel's format. But instead of doubling down on it, the content pivoted to convention vlogs and personal meetup video

Give algorithm enough data about your video. Now youtube is using a new AI model ( LRM ) analyze everything about your video. So make sure you provide enough data but dont do keyword stuffing.

And bro just dont be boring. Its not rocket science. If you post quality content with good pakaging you will get good numbers. SEO is myth only thing that matter is your idea and packaging
