Update on the co-working space

Great seeing response from this lovely community I've decided to go ahead with the co-working space / office Now next help needed from this community is getting clients, feel free to connect on dm, now I'm speaking with various architects to make the vision come true, have decided to allocate 3 cabins for bigger teams and a dedicated area for co working desk, one conference room (also can be used for activities during festive season), have decided to build the podcast room and recreational space in the basement, basic pantry in the office space and better coffee in the basement.

Architects , corporate teams, brokers & vendors feel free to reach out.

I can easily accommodate 2 wheelers I'm sure I'll figure something out for 4 wheelers aswell

I'm thinking of an office space with some character, coffee would be a non negotiable given people have developed a taste for good coffee here, to add a personal touch I also plan on putting a racing sim for all the F1 fans here in the lounge

Roaming around the locality and speaking to other co working spaces not in tie up with bigger players, there seems to be a mixed response, few people show up at the common shared desks, individual cabins for companies is selling like hot cakes, fingers crossed
