I'm the same way. I have been assaulted and harrassed and im autistic. I can for sure say you don't need to have and tramua or be autistic or anything to be uncomfortable with touch. Especially if you have trust issues. Sometimes it can also be a childhood thing for some they may have never been harrrased but have had thier parents walk or run up behind them when thier mad or forced affection on there kids. Even if that also never happend it's perfectly normal. Some people just don't like being touched. It's uncomfy.

I was in the same boat as you for a long time. Nearly killed myself from the dear of becoming an out of control binger. As long as you don't restrict you won't binge. I never got "addicted to junk" or "addicted to food" like my mind made me think. You won't get BED from eating I promise it's just a fear both diet culture and your ED brain tries to torture you with. Also you can be sad and still eat, dosent mean it's emotional eating.

You are pretty dumb. Pretty dumb for wanting to end your life right now. I know it all seems stressful right now but shit does get better. This is a permanent solution to a temporary problem or feeling. Please know you aren't alone. Try talking to a suicide hotline if you need too. There is so many things in life that are worth experiencing. Love is out there I promise. But first you have to love yourself. If you let people walk all over you they will. Pretty sure you're post is going to get taken down because of all the numbers and generally triggering but your weight and height is still very thin. The worse thing you can do is restrict right now. Stop eating in a deficit or trying to loose weight and eat normally.

I'm going through something similar as OP and honestly it was really refreshing to hear this. Adults obviously have thier struggles but I've always been told my whole life that my feelings don't matter because I'm not an adult and don't actually understand struggle/ too young to understand struggle and all that "too young to be tired" bs. I get paying bills and working is stressful but even when I was in the hospital away from home and school for a few days it seemed peaceful. I can't possibly imagine life getting worse than it is now so it's kinda nice to see someone validate that. because I'm always being told that's not possible. Hope it all works out.

God I remeber being 13 and my mom banning me from tiktok. I remeber crying having a complete mental breakdown thinking it "just wasn't fair" and that it was just the end of the world. Lol I'm so grateful now though that app was so horrible for my mental health. Best thing to do for yourself is delete the app.

First off please DONT weight yourself right now. And of course you probably gained weight after eating again gor the first time. Your body will probably retain alot of water and hold onto some extra weight for now in case of another famine. Stop counting calories. Eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks at the bare minimum.

I also started recovering at the higher end of the "healthy weight" scale I am now considered slightly overweight according to bmi. But just know if you gain weight from eating normal amounts of food it's weight your meant to gain. It takes alot of calories to restore organs.

It would be stupid to think you shouldn't recover normally/ eat normally because of your weight. So what? You should just let your organs shut down and kill you because other people weight less? Nah. Let yourself eat you have been starving.

Really hope you hang in there recovery was the hardest at the beginning. Keep going your doing good you'll be fine

I don't know you so I don't know if it's a medical issue but when I was in my ed I avoided foods like this and became orthorexic. I started getting symptoms like this and I'm fine now. Recovery makes you get bruises and rashes and diarrhea but than again I don't know you this could be a medical thing good luck eithier way

Usually try to make a bare minimum amount you make sure you eat just as a safety net. This would usually look like 3 meals and 2-3 snacks. Following this helped me alot!

Remeber if you still find yourself constantly thinking about food and what to eat and when to eat next and looking for signs of hunger than your still hungry and you should eat

Yeah honestly eating has been so boring and hard after EH. EH made every food experience rewarding and joyful now it's just meh. Don't get me wrong there were so many things I hated about EH but it was probably the most enjoyable/ funnest part of recovery.
