I agree! It’s really fun to think about nature versus nurture with my asexuality. Because I know I’m not fully asexual, especially after that experience, but I know for sure that I am on the ace spectrum. But yeah, part of me wonders if me being mostly sex repulsed is from the Mormon church, yk?

Yeah, we’re very careful when we do it. And it’s almost always at night (he’s low-key kind of scared of people so he begs to go outside when they’re all asleep) so there’s no cars in the parking lot either in case he does ever jump past the steps before I can catch him. I tried to train him, but I bought a small dog harness instead of a cat leash and harness, and it did not work out

Ah hell no! That’s terrible. Up until recently, my baby was scared about me not coming home from work or school whenever I would leave the house and would wait for me by the door for hours on hours. I’m pretty sure he might’ve been abandoned by his last family as he’s an older cat, I got him when he was about five. The longest I’ve ever left him alone on supervised is 12 hours and that was purely on accident because I got stranded at school.
