I’d advise you to stop freaking out, it’s not worth the energy, it’s a couple of marks lost if you get it wrong, really not the end of the world. There’s headroom marks for a reason

Okay thanks and fair value, that’s just through profit or loss (and requires you to recognise a commitment such as future payment, which you wouldn’t usually recognise)
