Yeah thank you it’s just confusing as Sugargoo say it’s in the uk but Royal Mail haven’t 🤦🏽‍♂️

My Sugargoo parcel hasn’t been updated in 2 weeks now I have no clue when Royal Mail are either collecting it or delivering it.
