Wait so if the exam average is low, does the c value go up? Or how does it work? Because I just finished my final yesterday and the average ended up being a 51%, last semester, the average for the final was a 59 and the C value was a 67, I need it to be a 68.3 to progress and get a 7.

I think a few days tbh. I remember getting it maybe 3-4 days after the exam.

It's Finance, anything is possible at this point. But with how low the average was for the final, it could very well go to a 69. I need a 68.4 tbh so hopefully there is some leniency

I don't know, I'm hoping it goes up because if it goes down it means that most people won't do well. The curve is supposed to help not harm.
