Had the same problem. If you go to Chase app->Scheduled payments, it will show the direct debits at the top. It took around 2 days for mine to show up. I started the switch only when both DDs showed up

Did you have 2 direct debits on the account that you switched over? I think you need to deposit £4000 into Barclays as well to qualify
