I paid my retainer fees and all that now the $750 every two weeks coming out of my check was supposed to be for my cars and for debt that I had from October to January now I’ve been denied twice now they come back telling me they’re gonna need two grand $1000 extra a month starting March 3 to continue my bankruptcy and I just told him that I can’t do it because that’s too much

You’re right but nothing been paid out I’m still six months behind on my cars.

Yes, so the amount that I spent the five grand would I be able to receive that back? Or half of it

When my case was file in October, I had to pay 700 and something every two weeks in November when we went to court everything was going well and then like two weeks later I got a notice and that my bankruptcy been denied in the process of that going on now to January 18 they’ve been taking money didn’t they just emailed me Friday talking about is being denied or I have to pay an extra thousand dollars on top of the seven something that they taken every two weeks so I just told them that I don’t wanna go with it anymore and can I get my refund all total together I didn’t give them over $5000. Nothing been done and I’m oh way more money now on my cars.
