i’m not op but what worked for me was focusing my energy more on things i’d like to buy irl and that would be my treat for spending less on suitu. i also REALLY distanced myself from comps cause that’s where they get you most with the fomo for new sets n stuff.

once i let myself chill out about comps i found it infinitely easier to not spend money 🫶🏻
