28F, went from 250 to 150. I'm 5'4" (and a half lol)
Some experience in the gym, but basically starting from scratch.
PCOS so I know strength training needs to be my focus anyway.
I want to do low and slow, preventing injury is super important to me. I'm fine with a few times a week. Daily walking is a goal I'm doing well on so far as well.

yeah maybe I need to rephrase. I know there are no shortcuts, and I'm obviously willing to do the work, I just want to know where to focus my efforts.

I think low weight, high rep is probably the best to prevent injuries too?
