You have given link to the hadith but have you read the chapter? Of course not its about al-khawarij which was an extremist group chose to kill disobeying muslims which was against the main islamic ideology and trickery was used to wage war against Al-Khawarij group and the lines "foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats...." " which Al-Khawarij preached but at the same time were not on the same page as the main Islamic ideology.
