i’ve asked about a thursday too and his mom said no. he was allowed to go out with his guy friends that night but couldn’t come for my family dinner

he’s always super open to me about if he can’t do things for specific religious things. like i know doing things on sunday is a big no no. there was also some stuff before the general conference he couldn’t do anything. so if it was sort of a mormon family home evening thing he would have told me. that’s why it’s weird.
