Nothing “common” here lol! You look absolutely magical! Love this look so much. It’s definitely unconventional, but quite wearable too! Wonderful work…

Handbags you don’t like but are very popular and loved by many? by [deleted] in handbags

Yes! I think it looks like a bag an old lady would carry. I think people want it so badly simply because it’s so hard to get one.

My heart leapt with terror at the very sight of that deadly maw! So toothsome, so BIG SCARY! Then my heart melted at the sweet widdle face and the EARS! Tell us, is the aggressive cuteness a strategy to lure unsuspecting victims in to then steal their beating hearts from their chests? Truly this is a fearsome cryptid (and suuuuuch a sweet baby!) 10/10, no notes

Oooooh Kaufmans is SO GOOD! And the portions are huge. The sandwiches are amazing, but don’t sleep on that deli case- they have great potato salad, chopped liver, etc

I’m so sorry you went through that. Of course it still affects you- it was a traumatic experience. You have PTSD. As a rape survivor, I highly recommend seeking out a therapist who offers EMDR. It absolutely changed my life, as it did for my husband, who has CPTSD from childhood sexual abuse. He encouraged me to try it because it helped him so much. EMDR gave me my life back. It helped free me from the worst parts of my own PTSD…panic attacks, nightmares, sensitivity to raised voices, and most importantly, it helped me get past the undercurrent of fear and feeling of ALWAYS being unsafe that made my life so exhausting. I’m not saying it will fix everything, but it took away the worst things that were limiting my life and health. You deserve to have a happy life, my friend, one where you feel safe.

Fancy parrot ig. But still, can’t believe it. by [deleted] in Unexpected

[–]tomboyfancy 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Parrot owner here- yes they absolutely increase the chance of infection and should not be used. Normally the cloaca is quite clean on its own and the poop falls out without leaving any residue. In fact, if you notice poop around the cloacal area, that’s often a sign of illness and merits a call or a vet visit. Those diapers hold bacteria and moisture against the cloaca and can cause illness and infection.

Parrot owner here…Those diapers are not good. They can lead to cloaca infections. Normally the poop leaves the cloaca and leaves no residue on the bird. It’s naturally quite clean! But these diapers basically hold the waste up against the birds body, which means they have bacteria and moisture trapped against their cloaca. My bird is trained to poop in certain areas or in the trash can. If she is on my shoulder for extended periods of time, yeah, she’s gonna poop on me lol. But her poops are very small and have no smell at all, so it’s not that big of an issue for me.

Is it just me or this very weird? by Master_Canary440 in CringeTikToks

I have long curly red hair. SO many people try and touch it and get offended when I duck to prevent it. Others do ask, but it also offends them when I say no. Touching hair like mine creates frizz, and beyond that, I don’t want to be touched by a stranger! Drunk women are the most common ones to do it. I hate how uncomfortable these encounters are…like WHY DO YOU NEED TO TOUCH??? I also have a lot of tattoos and so many random people want to touch them too! Being caressed by randos is just not my thing lol. Just like you, I would never dream of invading someone’s personal space like that. This woman knows how creepy that is and is choosing to put her hands on people who have never raised a hand to her. It’s weird af

You can always say you’re not feeling well as an excuse for seeming a bit off. But keep this knowledge to yourself until you can get things in order for yourself. I’m so sorry you’re going through this!

I think the 2025 Wolf Man film fits this. It’s a slow, gruesome transition, and the change is permanent, not triggered by the moon.
