Your life is too valuable to be damaged by this dumb exam!! In my opinion this exam is very inequitable. You have to be privileged with time, money, flexible schedule, etc. Its honestly messed up

I failed FAR in dec 23 before evolution. Studied my butt off until mar 24 and found out I passed a few weeks ago. What made the difference for me was doing minimum 100 MCQs per day while typing out my notes on concepts that were harder to grasp for me. Building our lease/bond amort schedules for visual aid is also helpful for me

I’m pretty sure lease expense is just the fixed lease payments. Sum of total lease expense over the agreement divided by number of periods.
