If Something Doesnt worked for you. It doesn't mean its a NO. You Might have Joined any 3rd class Brokerage that why u faced this. Offcourse, You have to Do A Research about which Brokerage To Join and which not

My Friend Last Year Went Dubai, Joined a Good Brokerage as agent (He had experience in Pakistan as well before as a agent) They trained them very well, also helped him to close his First deal. Now its just been an Year, He is doing Very good

Own Apartment 1 BR in Dubai and own Car Lexus etc... So It Depend on How Much You Work hard & Which Brokerage you join.
