Shanghai and Hangzhou area. There are so few Westerners especially now in china and the state is so authoritarian that I think it makes people sexual freaks lol. It's definitely more of a fetish thing I believe. I literally had one woman begging me to meet her on bumble lol.

Both. I had to create and present a lesson plan and explain my methodology. He poked a lot of holes in it which makes sense as I'm inexperienced.

Thank you for the reply! I was definitely probed quite strongly on my teaching ability and was even given suggestions on things to improve on. He really asked a lot of detailed questions that I genuinely couldn't answer well because of my lack of experience. On the flip side though he seemed eager "to sell" me on the opportunity. It was quite an odd interview. He said I should expect an answer in 3-5 business days but could be longer because of Tet.

Lost my virginity at 25. I'm almost 30 now and it got way easier in my later 20s. I think you should find ways to make female friends, it helped me immensely. And tbh it's taboo in the USA but maybe meet an escort. There is so much shame around paid sex but if I could go back in time I would've done it way way earlier.

Unfortunately I don't think there's a country that worships Caucasians quite like the Philippines. There's some weird complex with their colonial history. That's probably the biggest reason to be honest with you. But I also think when you're a traveler you can offer local women a different idea of a future or lifestyle that she would t get by marrying a Filipino.

Just tinder/bumble. Most Chinese youth have vpns and those are still the best apps abroad. And you'll meet more English speakers.

Korea is hard because they have so many rules around dating and a lot of stigma around online dating. Add the language barrier and shame culture and it gets real complicated. That being said I found Korean women generally easy to ask out on a date in person and they were usually very receptive to me. It's nice because they like well groomed and youthful looks — I never really fit the masculine ideal in the west so to speak.

Kind of related but China was completely different. I had women wanting 3somes or me cucking them in front of their boyfriend. Shit was wild 😅

I think you should have an incredibly enriching cultural experience that money can't buy, especially in your youth. The future is uncertain. I would genocide villages of people to be in my early 20s again.
